Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Only what you give us voluntarily when you write to us or fill in the contact form: your name, your email and the message you send. Optionally, you may add your company, phone/WhatsApp, country and the service you are interested in. We collect no data you do not type yourself.

2. How we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange an assessment or conversation. We do not use it for advertising or marketing without your express consent, and we do not sell it or pass it to third parties.

3. Legal basis

Processing is carried out with your consent, given when you send us your message, under Costa Rica's Personal Data Protection Law No. 8968.

4. Cookies and tracking

We measure visits with cookieless analytics (GoatCounter, hosted on our own infrastructure): it counts page views in aggregate, with no cookies, without identifying you and with no profiling. That is why it runs without asking your permission.

Only if you accept in the notice at the foot of the page do we additionally enable third-party tools for measurement and advertising: Google (Analytics/Ads) and the Meta pixel (Facebook/Instagram). They help us understand which content is useful and, in time, show you relevant ads (remarketing). If you choose "Essential only", or make no choice, none of these tools load. You can change your decision at any time: manage my preferences.

5. Retention

We keep your message for as long as we are handling your enquiry and any relationship arising from it. If we do not end up working together, we delete your data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless we are legally required to keep it.

6. Who we share it with

Your data is processed on Navhera's own infrastructure and by the providers needed to operate (for example, email and hosting), who handle it under confidentiality and only to provide us the service. There is no other disclosure.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction, updating or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. Write to hola@navhera.com and we will handle your request within the timeframes set by Law 8968. You may also contact Costa Rica's Data Protection Agency (PRODHAB).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version will be published on this page, with its date.
